When will registration open?

Registration will open closer to Ramadan. To stay updated on registration details, be sure to sign up for our email newsletter and follow us on social media!

Are the Basket Build Events free?

Yes, registration to attend the Basket Build Events is free! However, we will be collecting donations, selling PR-branded merchandise, and offering raffle tickets for some exciting prizes on-site. Be sure to bring cash or card to participate in these fun activities!

Is there an age limit at the event?

The Basket Build Event is open to all ages! However, for safety reasons, we recommend attendees be 12 years or older due to the warehouse setting, heavy food items, and the fast-paced environment. Children must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and remain at their assigned stations at all times. For safety and space reasons, strollers and baby carriers are not permitted in the basket-building area, as there will be heavy machinery and tools like scissors and knives in use. Children and babies must not be left unattended, so if you feel the event may not be the best fit for your child, we kindly suggest making childcare arrangements in advance. We look forward to welcoming you and your family for a fun and safe experience!

Are there registration limits?

Our event is in high demand, and we’ve had to make changes to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. To prevent overbooking, tickets are now limited to one per order. This means if you are purchasing more than one ticket, a new order must be placed for each ticket. To stay with your group, you must select the same Team # at time of registration. No accommodations will be made to team numbers after registration.

Can I register for a large group?

To ensure fairness and give everyone a chance to join, we ask that you keep your registration to a small group. Only sign up if you are sure you can attend. This helps us manage the demand and ensures a smoother experience for everyone.

Can I be on the same team as my family or friends?

To stay with your group, each participant must place a separate order and select the same team # during registration. No accommodations will be made to team numbers after registration.

What is the duration of the event?

The Basket Build Event will last 4-5 hours. Please plan to arrive early for check-in and to get settled before the event begins.

What happens if I can't stay for the entire event?

To ensure the event runs smoothly, it’s essential that all participants arrive on time, stay at their assigned stations, and communicate with their team leads. Since our Basket Build Event operates like an assembly line, each volunteer’s role is crucial. If you need to leave early, please notify your team lead in advance. As we have a large waitlist for the event, if you’re unable to stay for the full duration, we kindly ask that you release your reserved ticket as soon as possible to give someone on the waitlist the opportunity to participate. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures others can contribute as well.

I purchased a ticket but now I am unable to attend. What should I do?

If there are unforeseen circumstances that you are unable to attend, we kindly request that you cancel your ticket as soon as possible so your spot becomes available for interested volunteers on our waitlist.

Tickets are sold out, how can I get involved?

Due to limited capacity, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests for sold-out events. Please watch for available tickets before the event in case of last-minute cancellations. We invite you to join us at our other Basket Build Events during Ramadan so stay tuned for registration details on our socials and email newsletter!

I'm a student, can you sign my Community Service Hours?

Absolutely. Please see one of our PR reps to sign your form before you leave.

Is there a liability disclaimer for the event?

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries that may occur.
