Signed Raptors Jersey – Terms & Conditions

Overview

Project Ramadan is offering a fundraising incentive in which one participant will receive a signed Toronto Raptors jersey based on fundraising performance. The prize will be awarded solely based on the total amount of funds raised.

Fundraising Period

The fundraising period runs from January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) to April 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Only funds successfully raised and verified during this period through a personal fundraising page hosted on projectramadan.com or its subdomains (including donate.projectramadan.com) will be counted.

Eligibility

  • Participation is open to individuals who reside within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

  • Participants must fundraise through an individual fundraising page approved and hosted by Project Ramadan.

  • Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate and to receive the prize.

  • Participation is voluntary.

  • Organizations or individuals receiving other fundraising incentives or benefits in connection with their fundraising are not eligible for this prize.

Winner Determination

  • The prize will be awarded to the eligible participant who raises the highest total amount of funds during the fundraising period.

  • Fundraising totals may not be combined, pooled, or transferred between participants or fundraising pages.

  • Only successfully processed and verified donations will be included in the final total.

Tie-Breaker

In the event of a tie, the participant who reached the tied fundraising amount first, based on platform timestamps, will be declared the winner.

Prize

  • One (1) signed Ochai Agbaji Toronto Raptors red jersey.

  • The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or exchanged.

  • If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded with the consent and involvement of the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with their fundraising page. If the winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the organizers reserve the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.

Verification & Disqualification

Project Ramadan and Muslim Welfare Canada reserve the right to:

  • Verify fundraising totals and donation validity

  • Confirm participant eligibility

  • Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate fundraising results

All decisions are final.

Liability & Disclaimer

Participants acknowledge that they participate at their own risk. Project Ramadan and Muslim Welfare Canada are not responsible for technical issues, donation processing errors, or platform outages. The prize is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Privacy

Participant information (such as name, email address, and fundraising total) will be used solely for administering this fundraising challenge and will be handled in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy laws.

General Conditions

  • This promotion is a fundraising incentive and not a raffle, lottery, or game of chance.

  • Project Ramadan and Muslim Welfare Canada reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time.

  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
