Signed Raptors Jersey Raffle – Terms & Conditions

Participants may earn raffle entries based on the total amount of funds raised through a personal fundraising page created by the participant and hosted on Project Ramadan’s website projectramadan.com and its subdomains (such as donate.projectramadan.com).

The fundraising period runs from January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) to April 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).

 

Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 16 years of age.

  • Participants under 18 years old must have parent or guardian consent to enter and to claim the prize.

  • Individuals under 16 years old are not eligible to receive raffle entries, though they may support fundraising efforts under the supervision of an eligible participant.

  • Participants must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Entries from outside this area are not eligible.

  • Participation is voluntary, and raffle entries are earned by raising funds on the Project Ramadan platform.

Organizations or individuals receiving other fundraising incentives or benefits are not eligible to receive raffle entries or the signed jersey prize.

 

Raffle Entry Structure

A minimum of $500 raised is required to be eligible for raffle entries. Raffle entries are awarded based on the participant’s final verified fundraising total at the close of the fundraising period, according to the following structure:

 

Total Amount Raised (CAD) Raffle Entries
$500 – $999 1 entry
$1,000 – $1,499 2 entries
$1,500 – $1,999 4 entries
$2,000 – $2,999 6 entries
$3,000 or more 10 entries


Amounts raised below $500 are not eligible for raffle entries. Fundraising totals may not be combined, pooled, or aggregated with those of other participants or fundraising pages.

 

Prize & Winner Selection

  • One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible raffle entries after the fundraising period has ended.

  • The prize is a signed Ochai Agbaji Toronto Raptors red jersey, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged.

  • The winner will be contacted using the information associated with their fundraising page.

 

Liability & Disclaimer

  • Project Ramadan and Muslim Welfare Canada are not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or issues with fundraising pages.

  • Participants enter at their own risk. Organizers make no warranties regarding the prize.

  • Fundraising must comply with all applicable laws.

     

Privacy

  • Participant information (name, email, fundraising total) will be used only to administer this raffle internally.

  • Data will be handled in accordance with PIPEDA / Canadian privacy regulations and will not be shared with third parties.

 

General Conditions

Project Ramadan and Muslim Welfare Canada reserve the right to:

  • Verify fundraising totals

  • Confirm participant eligibility

  • Disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms

  • Make all final decisions related to the raffle and prize awarding

Offer conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers. Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
